At Retainers Direct, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-fit retainers and ensuring your satisfaction at every step of the process. Below is our updated refund and return policy:

 

30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee (Final Retainers)

If your final retainers don’t fit properly, you are covered by our 30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your final retainers to request an adjustment or refund (if eligible).
After 30 days, retainers are no longer eligible for refunds or remakes, as tooth movement may have occurred.

 

Impression Kit Refund Policy

To ensure timely processing and fairness, we offer the following:

60-Day Refund Window from date of purchase, not use.
If you do not use your kit within that period, it becomes non-refundable.
This encourages timely use while preventing claims months later after impressions expire or teeth shift.


Retainer & Night Guard Refund Policy Summary

To be eligible for a refund or adjustment for your custom retainers or night guards, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your final product or 60 days from date of purchase . If contacted within this window, you may return the refund for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

A $20 deduction will be applied to cover shipping and materials.
You are responsible for shipping the retainers back to us; we do not provide return labels for this process.
Returns or remake requests made after 30 days are not eligible, as tooth movement may have occurred.
If your original impression kit order is older than 60 days, you are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

 

Refund Deductions

All approved refunds will be issued minus the following fees:

$20 flat deduction to cover shipping and materials
$35 deduction for orders that included priority shipping

 

Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or resolution.

 

Sale Items

All sale items follow the same refund and replacement policies as regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Lost Package Policy

You must report lost packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the carrier and update you throughout the process.
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either reship the order or issue a refund, at your discretion.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If the loss was due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund.
