Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once we receive and approve your impression kit, we begin production of your final retainers or night guard. This process takes 7–10 business days, not including shipping time.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer three shipping methods at checkout:

- First Class Shipping – Free (5–7 business days)
- Priority Shipping – 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping – 1–2 business days

Shipping charges for Priority and Express are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and include packaging and handling fees.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide regular updates. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either:

• Reship your order, or
  - Issue a refund, minus a $20 deduction to cover shipping and material costs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout and results in a lost or undeliverable package, we cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund.
