so l untortunately crackea my previous retainer that was actually a replacement that cost me $250.00. I was desperate and in need of another replacement but I couldn't afford to pay $250.00 again ! Directions for the molds were clear and direct. I was provided constant communication on any updates. The retainers themselves are snug and feel like a nice sturdy quality.
