I am replacing a retainer from my dentist that cost me almost $300. It seems brittle and about ready to crack. The retainer from Retainers Direct arrived within the time stated. It fits perfectly. I will use my old one until it actually does crack, but I have peace of mind knowing I have one ready to go. It seems just slightly thinner and lighter than my current one . I **** think that will be a problem. I would definitely buy from retainers Direct again. I got regular updates from them as to the progress of my order. The mold kit was easy to use and when my impression was questionable (they ask you to email pictures of the molded impression) I received a response back from them within 10 minutes advising me that they could use it but if I wanted an exact fit that I should do it again. My dog ate my original retainers. I checked around and the local orthodontists were charging $150-$300 for just the top! Retainers Direct charged a fair price and did a great job. The retainer was exactly what I would’ve gotten from my orthodontist- good quality and perfect fit! I’ll be ordering another for a spare and one for my daughter… the dog just ate hers too! 😣
